Mezzguard Protective Mesh Barrier System

Mezzguard is an integrated barrier system designed to be used around mezzanine floors. The system incorporates a double or single side impact bar which is designed to withstand an impact side load of 0.74KN/m for industrial use in accordance with BS6399. The system is quick and easy to construct therefore reducing installation time and costs.

This system is constructed using an angle support frame and additionally restrained by 80×40 RHS mullion posts. The system is simply bolted to the mezzanine floor or edge beam which means that it is robust and durable but has the added benefit of being demountable for re-location when storage systems change.

High Visibility Machine Guarding

We manufacture an adaptable machine guarding system designed for a wide range of applications. The system is quick & easy to construct and has a comprehensive range of single and double doors available. The system’s support mullions are bolted to the floor which means it has the added benefit of being demountable and relocatable with minimum of effort. The panels are raised 120mm above floor level to facilitate ease of cleaning. The machine guard standard range comes with a wide variety of width options with 50x50mm mesh. However standard configurations do not always fit into required spaces, therefore the non-standard or bespoke design is always an option. For increased safety and security the system is also available in 25x25mm mesh.

Protecting Racking and Columns

The Barrier Rail is a light duty protective barrier system designed to protect racking, shelving, partitioning and mezzanine columns in warehouses from damage caused by fork lift and pallet trucks. The system is simply bolted to the floor which means that it is quick and easy to install and also demountable. The post centres can be adjusted to suit layout requirements. Rails are supplied in 3 metre lengths with the standard 600mm high post but upto 900mm can be provide if required. The system can be upgraded to medium or heavy duty by using double barrier rails, and can be supplied powder coated in a wide range of colours or galvanised for a more durable finish.

Pedestrian Barrier System

Our pedestrian barrier system is designed to create safe pedestrian areas but maintain an open plan aspect. The system is simply bolted to the floor which means that it is quick and easy to install and also demountable. This system is available with single swing or double swing access gates. Posts are generally provided at nominally 1.5m centres which can be adjusted to suit the required layout. If additional robustness is required, light and heavy duty options are available. This system can also have sections infilled with mesh or steel and can include an integral kick board if required. Additionally, it has the added feature of removable sections, which means that the hand and knee rails can be removed, allowing more direct access to normally, protected areas.
