The 2′ x 2′ non slip platform is always level and stable because each leg adjusts individually (up to 2′), to compensate for dips, bumps, slopes and steps. Quick Adjust feet allow for minute increment adjustments, meaning no wobble at all. A feature unique to Henchman.

You are safe to lean because you are enclosed by guard rails. The guard rail restiction means your centre of gravity stays within the splayed footprint, preventing toppling.

The large flat feet which pivot of their own accord to the contour of the ground, will not suddenly sink into soft ground, such as flower boarders.

You can cut a broad swathe from one position because of the width of the platform, the ability to lean as far as you like safely, your reach and the cutting blade.

Every platform in this range has a variable platform height of 2′ thanks to the adjustable legs. This is increased to 5′ if you use the optional 3′ Extender. Also, you can work from thigh height up to shoulder height, adding further to the range of heights reachable from one platform.

Add the Extender to increase the platform minimum and maximum height by 3′ (1m). This is also often the best way to be able to tackle a broad variety of hedge heights – a smaller unit plus and Extender.

The framework is aluminium and therefore very lightweight. The legs are steel out of necessity for strength and rigidity. Overall the unit is very maneuverable for one person in most cases. You can always drop the legs out if you have to lift the unit up high, say, onto a roof rack.

Folding a platform for storage or transportation requires no tools and takes about 20 seconds.

Receipt, Inspection and Returns
a) The Buyer shall inspect Goods immediately upon delivery.

b) Any shortages, transit damage or defects must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.

c) Failure to notify the Seller within this period may affect the Buyer’s ability to make a claim.

d) Goods may not be returned without prior written authorisation from the Seller.

e) Bespoke, customised or made-to-order Goods are non-returnable unless faulty or otherwise required by law. The returns policy is detailed in Appendix A.

f) Returned Goods must be unused, in saleable condition and in original packaging where reasonably possible.

g) The Seller reserves the right to apply reasonable restocking, handling, carriage or repair charges where applicable.

h) Refunds shall normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

Appendix A: Returns Policy

Returns

1. Goods that are manufactured-to-order or bespoke to a customer instruction are classed as non-stock goods and cannot be returned.

2. The Seller can accept stock goods for restocking providing the following criteria is adhered to with the following exceptions:

a) We are notified of return within 5 working days from date of dispatch at which time providing this is acceptable, a returns number will be issued. Goods without the official returns number will be refused.

b) All returns must be arranged by customers own transportation methods unless a collection option is offered by the Seller.

c) Goods must be returned unused and in a resaleable condition and in original packaging where possible.

d) Goods being returned must be wrapped to protect against damage on return journey. We reserve the right to change for refurbishment costs as well as restocking costs.

3. The seller will not accept return on any quantity orders. Our definition of quantity is 3 goods and above and is based on total order quantity, not per product quantity.

4. Provided goods are returned in a resaleable condition subject to inspection after receipt the seller will issue a credit with restocking costs deducted to the buyer. If goods require refurbishment, a damage report will be issued advising of any costs involved.

5. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% dependent upon range, the specific fee will be informed by the Seller.

6. All returns must be returned to us within 5 working days of returns number being issued. Failure to return within this period will result in the goods being refused and no longer returnable.
