This is a robust, higher specification loft ladder manufactured from quality aluminum extrusions, which makes it very suitable for domestic and commercial use.

Treads are 400mm wide x 90mm deep with a serrated top. The ladder comes complete with operating pole, handrail and all fittings required to install the ladder correctly.

NOTE: We DO NOT supply the trapdoor cover.
